Shipping & Returns- Kanya Organics
We ship orders every weekday from Monday to Saturday. For all the products in stock, if you order before 9 am on one of those days, we’ll ship your order out the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship on the first upcoming dispatch day.
For pre-orders, since they are all exclusively hand-made. It takes 2-3 weeks to process & ship.
Since we operate out of a remote place in the mountains, it takes 7-8 days for standard delivery & 3-5 days for express delivery.
You have an option to cancel an order when it is in packaging status, within 12 hours from placing the order. You can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on 7275500005. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days after the cancellation request.
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 7275500005 with sharing details & images of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 48-72 hours, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
In case of a sizing issues, since they are limited edition handmade products, it is not feasible to provide an immediate exchange. Hence, all our products come with extra margins for you to easily facilitate alterations at your end itself. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Kanya Organics we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if
The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
The product has an expiry of fewer than 3 months
Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to process.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
