Apricot oil also known as Gutti ka tel is a light, versatile cooking and salad oil. It's made from the kernels of apricots which are cold-pressed to extract the natural flavors and nutrients. Apricot kernel oil has a sweet, nutty flavor with hints of vanilla and hazelnut. The color ranges from pale yellow to deep orange depending on how much carotene it contains. It contains a high percentage of Omega-6 fatty acids. The oils are rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C, and D as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and zinc.
